Applies to all Free and Premium creative resources released on Mukesh Mack Academy

What You Can Do (Permitted)

✓Unlimited personal, portfolio, and non-commercial creative projects.
✓Unlimited commercial client work (wedding photography, commercial campaigns, social ads, fashion editorials).
✓Feature films, short documentaries, broadcast television, and music videos.
✓Installation on up to 3 personal devices owned and operated by the individual licensee.
✓Client deliverables (exported final JPEGs, TIFFs, MP4s, or prints rendered using the assets).

What You Cannot Do (Strictly Prohibited)

✕Reselling, sharing, renting, redistributing, or sub-licensing the raw .XMP, .DNG, .CUBE, or .PSD files.
✕Uploading raw asset files to shared cloud drives, torrent networks, or peer-to-peer forums.
✕Extracting curve data or lookup tables to create derivative preset or LUT packs for public release.
✕Embedding raw files inside mobile apps, web applications, or software without an Enterprise Developer agreement.

1. Grant of Licence

Mukesh Mack Academy grants the individual purchaser ("Licensee") a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the files in accordance with the terms herein. This licence commences immediately upon download.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, title, patents, and intellectual property rights in and to the assets remain solely with Mukesh Mack. You own the artistic work you produce using our tools, but you do not own the source color algorithms, curves, or lookup tables.

3. Corporate / Agency Multi-Seat Licensing

If your production house or agency employs 5 or more retouchers, photographers, or video editors who require concurrent access to our presets across multiple shared servers, please contact licensing@mukeshmack.academy for a Studio Team Licence.
