1. Digital Asset Downloads (Presets, LUTs, Overlays)
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible irrevocable nature of digital goods (Lightroom presets, .CUBE LUTs, and textures), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once file links are generated and delivered to your Studio Library.
Our Defective File Guarantee: If an archive file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing components described in the product specification, our support desk will immediately verify the issue, provide corrected files, or issue a complete refund if the technical fault cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
2. Academy Course Tuition & Cohort Deposits
- Cancellations 14+ Days Prior to Batch Start: 100% refund of tuition fees paid, minus a standard 5% administrative payment processing charge.
- Cancellations 7 to 13 Days Prior to Batch Start: 50% refund, or 100% credit applied toward an upcoming batch of your choice within 12 months.
- Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Prior or After Batch Commencement: Non-refundable, as equipment, models, and seats are permanently allocated to your enrollment.
3. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree back to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with Indian banking clearing standards.
