1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, browsing catalogues, downloading free files, purchasing premium collections, or applying for academy courses on Mukesh Mack Academy ("mukeshmack.academy"), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
2. Digital Asset Entitlements
Digital assets (including Lightroom presets, 3D LUTs, film textures, PSD layouts, and practice photographs) are supplied under the Standard Commercial Licence detailed on our Licence Agreement page. Ownership of intellectual property and original artistic craft remains exclusively with Mukesh Mack. You are granted non-exclusive rights of use.
3. Account Integrity & Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password and credentials. Account sharing, credential resale, or unauthorized multi-user pooling of a single user account is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.
4. Course Registrations & Admissions
Course admissions enquiries do not guarantee cohort placement. Official enrollment is secured upon counselor confirmation and payment of the designated tuition or deposit. Batch dates and seat availability are governed by academy scheduling policies.
